Since its launch in March 2009, Global Aviator has earned its place in the aviation landscape of South Africa. This publication was created to celebrate many facets of aviation – from general aviation, mid-size aircraft and the airliners that connect our nation to the world.
South Africa’s skies are among the busiest on the African continent, with a blend of commercial airlines, cargo operators, private pilots, helicopter services, and a general aviation community. Our mission has remained constant: to provide aviation enthusiasts and professionals with information, developments, and technological advances.
We have told the stories behind the aircraft, written about industry innovations, maintenance issues, people in aviation, and changes within the industry, both locally and internationally.
Over the years, Global Aviator has increased its readership worldwide, through platforms such as an extensive, dedicated email list, social media, LinkedIn and digital publishing such as Magzter.
